Items returned without approval, used items, damaged items caused by misuse, and custom or bulk institutional items may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where the issue is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

8. Hammonds One-Term Quality Promise

This promise applies to verified manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised repairs, abnormal wear, incorrect sizing, or use outside normal school conditions.

9. School and Bulk Orders

School, institutional, distributor, and bulk orders may be subject to separate quotations, payment terms, production timelines, delivery arrangements, sizing schedules, and customisation requirements.

Where separate written terms are agreed for a bulk order, those terms will apply together with these Terms & Conditions unless they expressly state otherwise.
