School Partnership Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility

School Partnership is intended for recognised schools, school networks, education groups, and authorised procurement representatives buying for school use.

Hammonds may request information to verify the school, contact person, order purpose, delivery requirements, and authority to place or coordinate orders on behalf of the school.

3. Application Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Hammonds will review each application and may accept, decline, or request additional information before confirming partnership status.

Approved school partners may receive access to school supply planning, partner pricing, sizing support, and order coordination based on the nature and volume of the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

School partner pricing may vary based on product style, quantity, size range, delivery location, production requirements, and any agreed custom arrangements.

Orders may require full payment, part payment, deposit, or another written payment arrangement before production, reservation, or dispatch begins.

Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation. Prices, availability, and timelines may change if order details change or if payment is delayed.

5. Ordering and Sizing

The school or authorised representative is responsible for confirming styles, quantities, sizes, delivery details, and any special requirements before an order is approved.

Hammonds may provide sizing guidance, but final size selection remains the responsibility of the school, parent, student, or authorised ordering representative.

Changes to confirmed orders may not always be possible once production, packing, or dispatch has started.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on product availability, order size, payment confirmation, delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, and other practical factors.

The school must provide accurate delivery details and an available receiving contact. Hammonds is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Hammonds Quality Promise

If, within the first school term after purchase, the shoes develop a manufacturing defect or suffer premature failure under normal school use, Hammonds will repair or replace the affected pair, subject to assessment by our team.

This promise does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, incorrect sizing, or shoes that have been outgrown.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Return, exchange, or replacement requests must be reported promptly with order details, product images where requested, and a clear description of the issue.

Bulk, customised, used, damaged, or incorrectly ordered items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless Hammonds confirms a verified manufacturing defect or fulfilment error.

9. Communications

School partners agree that Hammonds may contact the nominated representative by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels for application review, order planning, delivery updates, and support.

The school should notify Hammonds promptly if the authorised contact person or contact details change.

10. Changes and Termination

Hammonds may update School Partnership terms, pricing, benefits, or operational requirements from time to time.

Hammonds may suspend or end a partnership where there is misuse of partner pricing, unpaid balances, false information, repeated order issues, or conduct that may harm the Hammonds brand or customers.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Where a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.
