Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver to customers across Nigeria.

Delivery options, delivery partners, pickup arrangements, and availability may vary depending on your location.

4. Estimated Delivery Times and Fees

Estimated delivery times and fees for orders of three pairs of shoes or less are listed below.

For Lagos outskirts and locations outside Lagos, orders may be dispatched to pickup stations operated by major delivery companies.

Where more than three pairs are ordered at a time, you may be required to pay an additional shipping cost beyond what is displayed during checkout.

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.

6. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, customers should provide:

Hammonds is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Where delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or refusal to receive the order, our delivery partner may arrange a second delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges will apply where a redelivery is required.

8. Bulk School Orders

Delivery arrangements for institutional and bulk school orders are agreed separately during the order process.

Lead times will depend on:

• Order quantity
• Product customisation
• Production schedule
• Delivery location

A delivery schedule will be communicated before production begins.
